Freezing Pipe Repair
We use equipment from Ridgid & Huntingdon Fusion to carry out pipe freezing for metallic pipes ranging from 15mm to 300mm diameter. This will create an ice block in either side of the pipe, allowing us to carry out valve maintenance or addition of valve with minimal service disruption.
Underground Pipe Leak Detection & Repair
We have been invested in leak detection technologies since 2010. We use an array of professional equipment from Aquarius Spectrum, Ovarro Primayer, Fuji-Tecom & PIPA UK to help locate underground pipe leakages.
We identify leak through advanced acoustic listening techniques. As liquid escapes from a pressurized pipeline, an acoustic leak noise is generated, which travels along the entire length of the pipe. This noise can be efficiently captured by using an electronic listening stick, geophone or acoustic leak noise accelerometer.
Using correlators at different points along the pipeline to detects sound or vibrations caused by the leaks. Audio post processing (gain & filtration) is performed on the detected signal audio file. This process involved the measurement and comparison of the audio files captured simultaneously at different points. Hence, we can accurately identify the location of the leak.

Nautilus is an advanced acoustic system that travels through
the water network at the center of the pipe, verifying its current condition and detecting leaks and anomalies, offering valuable information for the decision-making process. Inspecting the water supply network frequently with Nautilus provides information on how its condition evolves over time, allowing
you to optimize your asset management.
The system consists of a sphere that is introduced in the pipe without interrupting the service at any time. Pushed by the flowing water, the sphere travels freely, recording acoustic information along the entire network being inspected. Upon extraction, the data is analyzed and allows identifying any leaks starting at 0.005 liters per second, as well as air pockets and anomalies and their exact location.

We install accelerometer and/or hydrophone sensors on the water network under your care. The sensors monitor the pipe health daily and are able to point out suspected leakage spot within +/-3m accuracy.
A web portal access will be provided to view the system health and all suspected leakage spot at one glance. An automated alert system allow the users to attend to the leakage promptly.
